At K&C Farmstays, we provide more than just disability support and respite - we provide HOPE.
Nestled in a peaceful rural setting, our farm is a safe. and welcoming space where individuals of all ages can experience new opportunities, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
Nothing like a farm stay to get peaceful respite with one on one support. Surround yourself by native Australian bushland whilst staying in the cottage on our 8 acre farm. Play with the animals, swim in the mineral pool or relax in the therapy spa with dedicated carers to support you.
If that is not enough you can enjoy the local river, take a country drive or explore the 7000 acre Wallaroo Nature Reserve which backs onto the property.
We understand that sometimes in home respite and disability care may be needed. If you require support with social and community access, assistance with daily life activities or overnight sleepover care, we are here to help.
*Subject to location, carer availability & in home risk assessment.
As parents of four beautiful, unique children we understand the importance of respite for carers, parents, siblings and people with a disability. Having lived the disability and NDIS journey for the past 22 years we get it. That is why we want to share our property and the amazing healing power of nature to help people with a disability achieve their goals and dreams and to help our participants and their families to have the respite they need.
Your loved one with a disability can participate in as many or few activities as they like. We are situated in the Hunter Valley on a beautiful 8 acre property. We have walking trails, dams, animals, birds and tonnes of other wildlife, we have an abundance of things to do, including a mineral inground pool and therapy spa. Situated only 3 minutes from the Williams River in Clarence Town.
When you go through our farm gate you feel as though you have entered a nature sanctuary, an oasis of peace and serenity with opportunities to connect and explore.
We match our carers to the interests and needs of each and every client. We have several carers that have different experiences, skill sets and interests. Once we know more about the needs of your loved one we can select the right carer.
